Angie Owen, from the West Midlands, has returned to Icmeler seven times since first travelling there with Tui in 2022, booking every trip through the retailer's Stourbridge store.
The resort has become a firm favourite thanks to its beach, mountain views, boat trips and relaxed atmosphere, but Owen says the relationship she has built with the Stourbridge team is also a key reason she keeps returning to book her holidays in person.
The customer recently surprised family, friends and Tui colleagues by getting the Tui logo tattooed during her latest trip to Turkey, describing it as a permanent reminder of some of her happiest memories.
Owen said: "We always go into the store to book our holidays. The team are so friendly and helpful and they know exactly what we like. Booking the next trip is all part of the excitement.
"I always tell people to try Icmeler because it has everything you want from a holiday, but it still feels like a hidden gem. It's where I got engaged and where we've made so many special memories over the years.
"There's no stress at all. Everything is taken care of and we know we're in safe hands."
Nicki Smith, Travel Advisor at Tui Stourbridge, said the tattoo came as a complete surprise. "It's not every day that a customer walks into the shop with a TUI logo tattoo," she said.
"I genuinely couldn't believe it when Angie showed us. We've helped her book a number of holidays over the years and it's been lovely to see her excitement every time she comes back in to plan the next one.
"It shows the trust and relationships that can be built through retail. We get to know our customers, understand what they're looking for and help them create memories that mean a lot to them."
Icmeler, on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, remains a popular choice for British holidaymakers seeking reliable sunshine, scenic surroundings and a more relaxed alternative to nearby Marmaris.
Despite admitting the tattoo raised a few eyebrows among friends and family, Owen says she has no regrets and is already planning her next Turkish getaway.
