We are delighted to launch this completely new awards programme, one that will focus purely on the very best luxury travel agencies in the UK & Ireland. 

Forming part of the new-look Day of Luxury on Wednesday 12 November, Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies will create a first-in-kind list of premium and high-end agencies. Winners who make the list will have new credentials to share with clients and motivate colleagues, while luxury suppliers will have an at-a-glance vetted list of the top businesses they should be working with!

Key dates for the diary

• 4 July – First nomination stage entry deadline
• 23 July – Shortlist announced and tickets on sale*
• W/C 15 September – Judging (video calls) for all finalists
• 12 November – Winners revealed

*Please note: Priority for tickets will be given to finalists and sponsors, but other luxury brands will be able to purchase tickets after the shortlist is announced.

What happens next

• Shortlisted agencies will be revealed in late July
• Finalists are then invited to complete a second-stage assessment form
• Agencies will also then take part in a 30-minute video interview between 15-19 September
• TWO agencies per category will earn a place on the list, and be revealed on 12 November at Royal Lancaster London during the spectacular evening awards ceremony

Good to know

• All finalists automatically qualify for ONE exclusive place to attend Luxpo, our market-leading one-to-one meetings event, which will take place during the daytime on 12 November
• All finalists automatically receive ONE complimentary ticket to attend the glittering evening awards event on 12 November as a guest of the category sponsor (i.e. sitting on their table) and where the winning 20 agencies will be revealed

(Please note, these two elements - Luxpo and Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies awards ceremony - do not need to be the same individual attending both)

Industry benchmark report: All entrants will receive a complimentary Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies insight report, which will offer unprecedented benchmarking among all entrants. Using expert analysis, the report will be released in November and serve as an annual research piece that showcases impactful trends among leading luxury travel agents. Sponsors will also have access to this, gleaning vital insight on what makes luxury agencies the best and helping understand how to work with them.
