We are delighted to bring back Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies for its second year, following a standout debut that shone a spotlight on the very best in high-end travel across the UK & Ireland.

Forming part of the brand new event Black Book on Wednesday 21 October, the awards recognise the agencies setting the standard for exceptional service, expertise and innovation in the luxury space. Those who earn their place in the Top 20 gain a powerful mark of distinction – elevating their reputation with clients, inspiring their teams, and positioning themselves as go-to partners for the world’s leading luxury suppliers.

Returning bigger and stronger, Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies continues to celebrate the businesses redefining what luxury travel looks like today.

Key dates for the diary

• w/c 30 March – Entries open
• 5 June – Entries close
• Late June – Shortlist announced
• w/c 14 September – Judging (video calls) for all finalists
• 21 October – Awards ceremony

A word from TTG's head of luxury

“We have streamlined the entry process for year two, and are looking forward to seeing the entries come in as we seek to highlight the best in the business,” said April Hutchinson, head of luxury at TTG Media. 

“These awards are not easy to win – but for those who go through the process, the rewards are great, as we know it is helpful for them as businesses to take part in this kind of reflection and benchmarking. Becoming a finalist, and hopefully a winner, is then the ultimate testament to what good looks like, and gives the Top 20 agencies a real standout opportunity.”

What happens next

• Shortlisted agencies will be revealed in late June
• Finalists will take part in a 30-minute video interview between 14-18 September
• TWO agencies per category will earn a place on the list, and be revealed on 21 October at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane during the spectacular evening awards ceremony

Insight report

Industry benchmark report: All entrants will receive a complimentary copy of the Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies Insight Report, which will offer unique benchmarking among all entrants. Using expert analysis, the report will be released following the event, and serves as an annual research piece that showcases impactful trends among leading luxury travel agents. Sponsors will also have access to this, gleaning vital insight on what makes luxury agencies the best and helping understand how to work with them. There will also be a session at Black Book discussing some of the findings.

Do I get to attend the event?

Absolutely! Every shortlisted agency gets one complimentary ticket to attend the dazzling awards evening in central London. You will be seated with your peers in the category. If you wish other colleagues to attend, there will be a ticket cost.
