The menu

In line with TTG Media's strategy as a B-Corp business, we will be serving an vegetarian-first menu to help us reduce the carbon footprint of our event. Guests may opt in for a meat-based main course if they prefer – to do so, simply log into your booking and amend the ’guest details’. The deadline for opting in to the meat-based main course option is 6 October.

Starter: Puglia burrata with romesco sauce, sweet smoked paprika, asparagus and basil

Main: Butternut squash 'Wellington', served with caramelised onion, spinach and roasted root vegetables

Meat opt-in: Corn-fed confit chicken leg croquette with dauphinoise potato, garden pea & broccoli puree, Tenderstem broccoli, finished with a thyme jus

Dessert: Lemon & lime meringue pie

Fundraising partner: Bebe's Hive

On the night, we will be raising money for TTG Media's annual fundraising partner, Bebe's Hive, a Community Interest Company.

Bebe's Hive is a grief-informed, creative support project providing play, craft, music, and drama workshops alongside trained therapists for bereaved children and families.

We are inviting all guests attending Black Book and Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies to pre-order a bespoke keyring, handcrafted by a member of the TTG team, with the treasured pieces ready to collect directly at the events. Each keyring costs £7.50, and 100% of your donation will go to Bebe’s Hive.
