The first platform of its kind for a UK airport, the free-to-access Hub strengthens connections between BHX, its airline and industry partners, and the travel trade.
Agents can access dedicated partner pages, interactive training, destination inspiration, competitions, industry events, and downloadable marketing materials, all in one place.
Since launching in September, the Hub has welcomed over 1,700 verified travel professionals, with more partners continuing to join.
Tobias Morter, Business & Travel Trade Executive at Birmingham Airport, said: "Since joining BHX in March, strengthening our relationships with the travel trade has been a key priority.
"I wanted to create something genuinely useful for agents, bringing everything they need from BHX together in one place. The Hub makes it easier to discover routes, complete training, access offers, and connect with our partners.
"It also complements our face-to-face engagement, which remains incredibly important. Throughout 2026, we've welcomed over 3,000 agents to our events and training activities. In 2027, we'll build on this with our dedicated Homeworker Hub, creating further opportunities for learning, networking, and support.
"Our trade partners play a vital role in BHX's success, and we're committed to giving them the tools and opportunities they need. The response has been fantastic, and I'm looking forward to developing the platform further throughout 2027 and beyond."
The launch coincides with continued growth at BHX, including new and returning services from EGYPTAIR, Air Transat, easyJet, Ryanair, and TUI, alongside a £300m investment programme.
Powered by Incentively, the BHX Travel Trade Hub will continue expanding its content, training, partner opportunities, and interactive features, keeping agents informed, connected, and supported.
