The food and drink offering at both The Ozen Collection resorts is so exceptional that they are not defined as ‘all inclusive’ but as offering 'The Reserve Plan' at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi and 'The Indulgence Plan' at Ozen Life Maadhoo.
In October 2026, Helene, Nathalie and Xavier Charbaut, the owners of the four-generation French family Champagne vineyard Guy Charbaut, will fly in for masterclass evenings and host tasting dinners at each resort, with each course matched with a delicious vintage Champagne.
Included in the stay of all guests, seats just need to be pre-booked to guarantee a luxurious, fine dining evening under the stars. The Guy Charbaut Champagne Masterclass evenings will be at Ozen Life Maadhoo on the 19, 20 & 21 October 2026 and at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi on the 23, 24 & 25 October 2026.
The following month, November 2026, guests will have the chance to participate in a Canary Islands Wine masterclass with Bodegas Viñátigo. The esteemed Tenerife winery is renowned for its extraordinary revival of nearly-lost grape varieties and will host exclusive in-resort masterclasses, offering tutored tastings to match an especially created menu.
Owner Juan Mendez will be joined by his son, Jorge Mendez, to showcase the vineyards unique wines that highlight the unique character of Tenerife’s autochthonous grapes from ungrafted vines, most of which date back centuries, including a crisp Viñátigo Listán Blanco, and a bold Viñátigo Tintilla, with each glass telling a story of the land.
The Bodegas Viñátigo Masterclass evenings will be at Ozen Life Maadhoo on the 23, 24 & 25 November 2026 and at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi on the 27, 28 & 29 November 2026.
As two of the five vineyards that exclusively pour in the Maldives at The Ozen Collection, both Guy Charbaut Champagne and Bodegas Viñátigo’s wines are also available throughout the year as part of 'The Reserve Plan' at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi and 'The Indulgence Plan' at Ozen Life Maadhoo.
