Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled its newly completed Mayfair and Paris Apartments, two extraordinary seven-bedroom royal residences set to form the pinnacle of accommodation within the landmark 70-storey Resort Tower.
Designed by internationally acclaimed London designer Anouska Hempel and award-winning Parisian studio Pinto, in collaboration with Wynn Design & Development, the apartments offer two distinct interpretations of contemporary luxury.
The Mayfair Apartment, created by Anouska Hempel Design, draws inspiration from the grand private residences of London’s Mayfair, combining classical planning, rich materiality and meticulous craftsmanship. The adjacent Paris Apartment, designed by Pinto, takes its cues from the home of a 21st-century collector and global traveller, bringing together bespoke furnishings, curated artworks and objects sourced from around the world.
At approximately 1,460 square metres each, the two “palaces in the sky” occupy the uppermost floors of the tower, offering sweeping views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains. Both residences feature seven bedrooms, private bars, expansive entertaining spaces and fully personalised dining, spa, salon and entertainment experiences.
The unveiling offers a first look at the level of design, privacy and personalised hospitality envisioned for Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first integrated resort, ahead of its opening in Ras Al Khaimah in 2027.
