Not Just Travel staged its Summer Celebration over 4-5 July at the luxurious East Midlands Conference Centre, the largest programme of business development workshops in the company's history.
The event was built around four simultaneous workshop tracks, letting consultants choose sessions on cruise, luxury, AI and business growth and marketing. Centre stage hosted talks from Key Trade Partners, its own experts and the company's most successful consultants throughout the day.
The format gave consultants expanded, dedicated time with 37 Key Trade Partners, introduced in direct response to requests from the network.
Co-founder Steve Witt said a "Second Peaks" is approaching in July and August, with 60% of bookings for last-minute holidays, and that the event was timed to ensure consultants were ready to capitalise on the lates market.
The weekend combined a main conference setting out the company's direction for the year with a black tie gala dinner and the NJT Awards 2026, recognising top and fastest-rising performers. It was hosted by Witt and non-executive director Derek Jones, formerly UK managing director of Kuoni.
Three hundred people took part in Sunday's workshops, with panel sessions pairing newer consultants with fast-growing established businesses.
Witt said: "Our consultants told us they wanted more time with our trade partners, so we built the programme around that. When our consultants and our partners get together in real time, bookings follow."
Andrew Schweitzer, business relationship lead UK at Explora Journeys, said: "Spending quality time with Not Just Travel's consultants is always worthwhile. They ask the right questions and sell genuine luxury rather than just talking about it."
Awards included Nicholas Blyth (Outstanding Performance, Launch) and Vikki Coffey (Top Cruise Performer).
Consultant Dean Greenwood said: "I came in not knowing quite what to expect and left with a notebook full of things I can use on Monday morning."
