Teletext Holidays launches Alexa voice search solution

The voice-activated guide prompts users with questions to search for and tailor their trips, such as preferred date and destination, how many people will be travelling, which airport they would like to fly from and holiday duration. 
 
Alexa will then share details on accommodation, including availability, price, star and trip advisor ratings, as well as dates and departure airports.
 
Once a voice selection has been made, Alexa will send an email to a member of the Teletext Holidays customer service team who will contact clients to confirm the booking.
