The airline will offer three additional flights from Heathrow to the Indian Ocean island from 3 November until 8 January.
The new flights are in addition to an existing service from Gatwick which will operate five flights a week in October.
From 1 October, vaccinated travellers will be allowed entry to Mauritius without restrictions if they show proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure.
