The Dominican Republic, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and St Kitts and Nevis will also feature in Classic’s new Your Caribbean, Bermuda and Costa Rica brochure.
Director of product and commercial Alex Gavalda said the move came in direct response to fresh demand for experiential travel to the region.
"There’s been a huge, early uplift in bookings and quotes compared to 2019, and we’ve earmarked the destination for growth in late 2021 and throughout 2022," said Gavalda, adding Classic had "invested heavily" in sales, product, purchasing and marketing in the Caribbean.
"Low case numbers and efficient health protocols have seen the islands benefit from an earlier and more compete reopening than other destinations," he continued.
"We felt it timely to overhaul our product offering by introducing new destinations and hotels which complement our existing portfolio."
Gavalda said the additions of St Vincent and the Grenadines and St Kitts and Nevis, in particular, would meet demand from customers for more experiential travel options.
"These off-the-beaten-track destinations with fewer visitors bring something new and exciting to our programme, as well as opening up additional combinations of increasingly popular twin and multi-centre holiday options, which we’ve also highlighted throughout our new brochure," said Gavalda.
New additions include the "iconic" Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, which has been given pride of place on the cover of the brochure.
"We’ve already made a number of bookings, and are delighted awareness of our Caribbean product among our agents partners continues to grow as we start to position ourselves as the new alternative Caribbean specialist," Gavalda added.
The brochure features favourites including Spice Island in Grenada and Sugar Beach in Saint Lucia, as well as the private island resident of Petit St Vincent and Hermitage Bay in Antigua, both new additions.
New boutique properties include Ti Kaye in Saint Lucia, Montpelier Plantation in St Kitts and Laluna in Grenada.
The brochure also features two newly-opened properties – the O2 Beach Club and Spa in Barbados, an all-inclusive aimed at couples and families with older children, and the family-friendly all-inclusive Royalton Grenada Resort and Spa.
Agents can download the brochure from the Classic Collection website, while print copies can be ordered through Tradegate.
