The annual ball, organised by the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO)’s UK & Europe chapter, will take place on Thursday 19 June in The Underglobe space beneath the iconic theatre on the banks of the Thames.

Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course Caribbean-infused feast, and entertainment by seven-piece band Sol and The Gang.

Colin Pegler, chair of the CTO Chapter UK & Europe, said: "The Caribbean Summer Ball is a fantastic opportunity for the travel trade to connect, celebrate, and experience the spirit of the Caribbean first-hand.

"As we continue to strengthen partnerships with over 90 members and drive tourism to the region, this event brings together key industry players in a setting that embodies the warmth, vibrancy, and hospitality the Caribbean is known for."

Florian Valmy-Devillers, business development director of the CTO Chapter UK & Europe, added: "’Caribbean Fusion’ is the heartbeat of our 2025 theme, and at the core of the Summer Ball. It captures the powerful blend of cultures, experiences, and opportunities that make the region unparalleled for travellers.

"From vibrant cuisine to dynamic entertainment, the evening will fully immerse our travel trade partners in the Caribbean’s essence, highlighting why it remains one of the world’s most desirable regions.”

The black-tie event takes place from 6pm-11.30pm and will also include a raffle, a fundraising auction, and surprises.
