Michel Botbol has joined the company as chair of the board North America from Frosch, and Take Two Travel Solution’s Carolann Martini has taken the role of chief customer officer, based in New York.
The expansion comes following the travel management company’s (TMC) entrance into Australia last month with the acquisition of MP Travel in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
The launch of Gray Dawes Travel in the US will help the brand enhance its services to existing international clients as well as opening new global markets.
