The four teams completed the challenge earlier this week, with each team member walking between 14 to 16 miles hoping to raise £5,000 for mental health charity Young Minds.
“We decided to come together to fundraise because Young Minds’ message strongly resonates with us and with Hays Travel, given the continuous efforts in supporting young people through the Hays Travel Foundation,” said divisional sales manager Graeme Tolchard.
It comes as Hays announced on Wednesday (4 October) it had named Autism NI as its regional charity partner, pledging to raise £20,000 to help autistic people and their families.
“We’re planning lots of fundraising activities across all twenty-five stores in Northern Ireland, where we aim to raise £20,000 this year,” said regional sales manager Nicola Allison.
