ITC chief operating officer Lisa Smith and trade partnerships manager Gary Bates joined director of sales for Mandarin Oriental Canouan Andrea Millar in a half marathon as she practised for a six-day run across the Sahara Desert.
The firm is sponsoring Millar as she takes on the Marathon Des Sables challenge, totalling 156 miles and known as the "Toughest Footrace on Earth" to fundraise for disability charity Scope.
Along their Camden to Richmond route, the trio stopped at Janaway Travel in Camden; Hogarth Travel in Notting Hill; Annie Bulmer Travel in Fulham; and Thames Travel in Twickenham.
