Positions are currently available with the coach specialist in its sales, product, operations, reservations, customer services and finance departments.
Because of the initiative, the operator expanded into the second floor of its current HQ, making the company the sole occupant of the building.
Andy Freeth, chief executive for JG Travel Group, said the business "simply needed more space and more staff" to facilitate its "ambitious" growth plans.
"We are currently experiencing strong demand across all our brands and as we move forward, it is so important that we have the right infrastructure in place so we can continue to grow quickly," Freeth added.
"It’s been over a year now since we acquired the National Holidays brand and database and this is a natural next step for us."
