"Back with a Splash" will see travel companies, their employees, families and friends either swim, walk, boat or cycle the 42,700 miles of rivers, canals and inward waterways across the UK to mark World Health Day.
The event will start on the week commencing 7 April.
To get involved, travel organisations must inform the charity of how many miles it intends to travel in the week via its website, and ask colleagues to donate £5 to take part in the event via the charity’s JustGiving page.
The charity will track the total number of miles achieved by each participant throughout the week.
Just A Drop founder and chief executive Fiona Jeffery said the past two years have been "incredibly difficult" for everyone in the travel industry.
"As we begin to see a light at the end of a very long tunnel, as industry professionals, we have the opportunity to re-set our goals and to embrace new, sustainable and more positive ways to conduct our business," she added.
"We encourage our travel colleagues to come Back with a Splash and to support our efforts to make real improvements in the lives of individuals in the world’s most deprived communities."
