Sealy, formerly head of trade sales at Exsus and head of sales at If Only, is tasked with introducing the brand to agents.
In a statement announcing his move, Sealy described Exoticca as a “fully-digital” operator offering customers “extraordinary travel experiences at never-before-seen prices” with an “effortless” booking process for travel agents.
The company offers more than 300 small group holidays in over 60 countries.
Sealy, who joined Exoticca this week, said: “After five fantastic years at Exsus, initially introducing and then being involved with the operator’s phenomenal growth with the trade, I couldn’t resist the challenge and opportunity to introduce another exciting brand to agents.
“Exoticca is an ambitious, fast-growing tour operator combining cutting-edge technology with fabulous product to offer immersive worldwide journeys at incredible value.
“I’m very excited to be taking on this new role, and can’t wait to start building a team in the UK and telling agents all about the brand.”
