A new industry awards has been launched to recognise property management companies pushing the boundaries in their field.
Alternative accommodation GDS, AltoVita, co-founded by Vivi Cahyadi and Karolina Saviova, a member of TTG’s 2020 30 Under 30 programme, has created the Corporate Home Awards – taking place on 19 November.
The digital ceremony will honour property management companies, property managers and homeowners around the world, who continue to innovate when thinking about their property design and guest experience and who demonstrate their professionalism, quality consistency and duty of care.
The awards are tailored towards those who excel within certain fields across the short and extended stay rental markets.
Cahyadi and Saviova said: “The Corporate Home Awards celebrate exceptional property management companies and property managers globally, allowing us to recognise their excellence and formidable performance.
“We are especially thrilled to bring together industry leaders, hospitality experts, technology specialists and short-term rental vendors to set light on the innovation and resilience of the alternative accommodations sector”.
The awards will feature 12 categories, with judges including representatives from the technology, business, media and academia sectors.
Entries open on Tuesday (8 September) until 1 October with finalists announced on 15 October.
Winners will be announced at the virtual ceremony, taking place as part of the five-day 2020 AltoVita Symposium held 16-20 November.
All categories are free to enter online and are open to any property manager worldwide.
