Running from 1 January to 31 December, the Silversea Advocates programme will recognise eight individuals monthly for a range of achievements, including sales performance, marketing promotions and events.
The line’s regional sales managers will submit their nomination monthly, with the advocates receiving 100 Silversea Agent Rewards points, which can be redeemed against Virgin Wines, Amazon and Love2shop vouchers.
Each advocate will also receive a plaque and an invitation to an event in February 2024, with one agent awarded a suite for two onboard a Silversea cruise.
