Nishank Gopalkrishnan has been appointed Tui Musement chief commercial officer following Claudio Bellinzona’s departure from the business.
Gopalkrishnan’s team will seek to both build relationships with trade distributors, including OTAs, airlines and hotels, as well as attraction and activity operators.
Tui said on Friday (6 October) B2B had become one of the fastest-growing areas for Tui’s tours and activities, now generating around 50% of its revenue.
“When you put distribution and supply together, you enable greater understanding and bring partners closer together, which ultimately always leads to better outcomes,” said Gopalkrishnan.
“Tui Musement is much more than just an aggregator of things to do – we work with partners to carefully develop and efficiently distribute great travel experiences.”
Musement’s portfolio now spans 88,000 experiences and 1,000 multi-day tours. Gopalkrishnan’s team will seek to continue growing this, while creating better alignment between B2B partners.
