Griffiths, a former Hays Travel Branch Manager, replaces Tricia Doe, who has recently been promoted to the role of Sales Manager – Field Sales and Business Development. Griffiths will report into Doe.
Prior to Hays, Griffiths held customer service roles at Sykes Cottages and in the supermarket retail sector.
In her new business development role at Titan, Griffiths will be responsible for building and developing relationships with travel agent partners, driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness and product knowledge, and delivering training and support.
