The operator has added 19 properties across both destinations, ranging from family-friendly beachfront all-inclusive resorts to cliff-top boutique retreats and rainforest plantation hideaways.
Jim Robertson, senior regional product manager, said: “Each island has its own personality and something special to offer.
"Saint Kitts & Nevis bring that authentic, under-the-radar charm, while Turks & Caicos delivers world-class beaches and luxury with a laid-back twist."
Multi-centre options include island-hopping between Saint Kitts and Nevis to combine beach life with mountain hikes, or holidays pairing Providenciales with South Caicos.
Travellers can also customise their holiday with add-ons like Miami or Antigua.
The additions follow last year’s introduction of the Dominican Republic and Jamaica to the Kuoni portfolio.
