Adams, who took up her new position this week, is best known for her 25 years representing Sandals and Beaches Resorts with Unique Vacations.
She brings more than 30 years travel industry experience to her new role with JTA, which will see her look after the operator's relationships with agents in the South East.
Besides supporting existing and developing new agent relationships, Adams will also play a role driving sales throughout the region.
"I’m super excited to be joining JTA Holidays," she said. "The range of products really excites me, and I can’t wait to get out and about and start seeing some of our agent partners, many of whom will be old friends.”
