Emma Hilton joins from Star Clippers as account manager for the north west, north Wales and the Isle of Man, while Mikaela Mills has been appointed account manager for the south east. She joins the escorted touring specialist from Exodus Adventure Travels.
Hilton brings more than 24 years’ experience in the travel industry, including 11 years in account management. She has held senior roles at Star Clippers, Olympic Holidays and Belleair Holidays, with a background in agent training, launching sales incentives and hosting fam trips.
Mills joins with more than a decade of experience across customer service, sales and administration within the travel sector. She previously managed UK agency accounts at Exodus and has also worked for Contiki and Thomas Cook.
Both will report to head of trade sales and partnerships Hayley Morris, who joined the company in 2024.
The operator has also reshaped its existing team structure. Ryan Readman moves from his previous account manager role into a newly created position focused on trade partnerships for home-based businesses.
Meanwhile, Sarah Rowbotham has stepped into a new role as trade engagement manager, where she will lead broader initiatives to strengthen agent relationships.
The latest changes bring the operator’s trade team to a total of 12, as it continues to invest in agent support as part of its growth strategy.
