Katie Hughes joins the river cruise and escorted touring specialist from Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, where she held the role of field-based account manager. She took up her new post on Monday (16 February).
Riviera said Hughes brought extensive trade and cruise industry experience having previously held roles with Tui, Cunard and the Travel Innovation group.
"Katie has built a strong reputation for driving commercial performance, building long-term partnerships and delivering high-quality engagement initiatives," said Riviera.
