Unforgettable Travel Company's global trade booking revenue has jumped from £4 million to £11 million in the last two years, encouraging further investment into its trade relationships.
The company has appointed Jesse Lepow as global partnerships director and Heather Witten as global partnerships manager, effective immediately. Lepow will be leading the global partnerships team and reporting into David Stone, head of global sales.
The newly created team will work across Unforgettable Travel Company's various brands, including Unforgettable Travel, Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece.
Lepow and Witten will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key travel agent partners, directing campaigns and joint promotions and ensuring partners have "the latest sales tools and collateral".
The pair will also be managing the launch of a trade-dedicated website scheduled for next year, as well as overseeing trade activities such as events, roadshows and fam trips.
Lepow was previously director of sales at The Muse Collection, and before that spent six years as director of business development and industry relations at specialist tour operator, Madrid & Beyond.
"I'm thrilled to be joining Unforgettable Travel Company at such a pivotal time for the business," he said. "Our relationships with our trade partners around the world is crucial to us and I am excited to help these grow and flourish."
Witten joined Unforgettable Travel Company in 2017 and was previously customer relationship management and social manager.
"It’s a privilege to step into this new role, dedicated to supporting our trade network," she added. "I am looking forward to the opportunity to deepen our valued relationships, improve the way we communicate, and provide genuine support to the partners who power our business."
