Armenia's capital Yerevan is among six additions to Wizz's network at Luton, where it will base a 15th aircraft.
Wizz claims its Yerevan route will be London's first direct connection with Armenia. There will also be new routes to Alicante, Corfu, Faro, Lyon and Turin.
Flights to Yerevan and Alicante will take off from 12 June 2026, followed a day later by flights to Corfu, Faro, Lyon and Turin.
Wizz will serve Yerevan and Corfu twice a week, Lyon and Turin three times a week, Faro four times a week and Alicante five times a week.
Wizz said its Yerevan route would unlock a new city break option, while its new routes to Alicante and Faro would offer more connectivity with some of Europe's most popular destinations.
Corfu, meanwhile, becomes Wizz's fifth Greek island destination, while Lyon and Turin will provide new ski flight options.
The additions grow Wizz's route network at Luton to 66.
Lyon fares lead in from £13.99, Alicante, Faro and Turin fares lead from £17.99, Yerevan from £36.99 and Corfu from £45.99.
Yvonne Moynihan, Wizz Air UK managing director, said securing additional slots at Luton would strengthen Wizz's "competitive position in the London market".
"We’re delighted to deliver a festive surprise by introducing six exciting new routes, including the first-ever direct connection from London to Armenia," added Moynihan.
