TTG Media’s first luxury travel trade show is set to take place in London, with Black Book bringing together a range of exhibitors from across the sector to meet with hand-picked travel advisors.
Taking place on 21–22 October at the Business Design Centre in Islington, the inaugural Black Book will see 150 vetted travel advisors come from across the UK and Ireland for two days of focused meetings, along with a range of networking opportunities and access to business-relevant insight.
The first of its kind to be created by TTG Media in the UK, this new event is designed to empower both advisors and supplier partners to expand their own ‘black books’, building valuable connections, insider knowledge, and helping to create bespoke itineraries for clients.
At the heart of the show will be two days of 34 pre-selected, one-to-one meetings, powered by advanced matchmaking software, ensuring every conversation is meaningful, strategic, and tailored to both the advisor and supplier’s needs.
“We know that relationships are the cornerstone of luxury travel,” said April Hutchinson, head of luxury at TTG Media. “With this new event, we’re bringing together the industry’s most connected and influential advisors with some of the world’s most distinctive travel brands and unique hotels and experiences – creating a space where luxury travel relationships can truly thrive, at this inaugural event, and in the years ahead.”
In addition to the one-to-one meetings, attendees will benefit from a programme of curated conference content, with sessions designed specifically for the needs of luxury travel advisors, balancing insights, trend forecasts, and practical tools.
In order to attract a range of agents from across the country and to encourage attendance among the best travel advisors, many will be hosted across some of the best hotels in London for one night of the two-day event.
Black Book will also become the new home for TTG Media’s Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies, a new recognition and awards programme, designed to identify the best agents based on customer service, product expertise, colleague care, community and environmental concern. The awards ceremony will be held during the event, on 21 October.
