Daniels will join the trade-only river cruise specialist in April, reporting into managing director Lucia Rowe.
She will bring a wealth of cruise industry experience to her new role, joining A-Rosa from Light Blue Travel – GSA for Nicko Cruises – where she is currently commercial director.
She has previously held senior commercial roles with Tripsmiths, Voyages to Antiquity, Cruise and Maritime Voyages and Island Cruises.
In her new position, Daniels will lead A-Rosa’s UK and Ireland sales team and drive sales strategy, including strengthening the line’s package proposition and working closely with the trade to help them build river cruise sales.
Emma Rodgers, A-Rosa’s regional sales manager for the north, will report into Daniels, with the line currently recruiting for a southern RSM.
Rowe said Daniels was an "experienced and passionate" cruise executive, with an impressive track record establishing major ocean and river brands in the UK market.
"Her commercial acumen, extensive network of contacts and longstanding contribution to the Clia family will be invaluable to us going forward," said Rowe.
