Celebrity Pool Club is one of seven "new elevated experiences" that will be available on the 3,260-passenger ship.
The premium cruise line has now announced five of them ahead of ship’s launch, including four on one day this week.
Guests at Celebrity Pool Club can use a pool valet service which provides chilled towels, card games, sunscreen and storage for personal items. In addition, private cabanas are also available for passengers who "choose to go VIP for the day".
On the last sea day of every Caribbean itinerary, the new venue will offer Caribbean music, pop-up shows and pool games while at night there will be a "Shine the Night" poolside party with food and drinks.
Elsewhere on Xcel, there will be an adults-orientated lounge space called Attic at The Club where passengers can play retro games – like Pac-Man, NBA Showtime, Golden Tee – and take part in activities such as shuffleboard.
The Spa on Celebrity Xcel will feature the line’s first-ever Hydra Room, the newest of eight therapeutic experiences in the Thermal Suite.
Guests can "indulge in a water-focused wellness experience, meticulously crafted to rejuvenate both body and mind".
Spa goers can also top up their tan at the Vitamin D Deck where outdoor seating is available at the front of the ship.
The line will debut its first Celebrity Flagship store on Xcel where guests can engage with the brand on interactive screens with trivia questions or buy a Celebrity memento.
Items such as water bottles, cocktail kits, keychains, caps and robes can be customised with an engraving, embroidery or print.
Previously, Celebrity unveiled the multi-level, multi-sensory space, The Bazaar, and al fresco restaurant Bora on Xcel.
"Celebrity Xcel will set sail with seven new elevated experiences that invite guests to escape their daily routine and make memories that will last a lifetime," said Celebrity Cruises president Laura Hodges Bethge.
"With so much innovation at every turn, the journey will be just as fun as the destinations themselves."
