Odell will be responsible for “maximising opportunities” across every booking channel and “deepening valued travel partner relationships”, the luxury line said.
Previously Odell held the position of senior vice-president and managing director, Asia Pacific, for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) brands Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas. Prior to that, he spent more than 17 years at Silversea, where he was Europe and Asia Pacific president.
In his new role, he will report into Regent’s president Andrea DeMarco.
