The 4,000-passenger ship – one of eight Disney Cruise Line vessels – will visit destinations including Zadar, Croatia; Trieste, Italy and Hellesylt, Norway.
The line said: "These itineraries blend cultural exploration, captivating coastlines and the distinct Disney Cruise Line experience."
Disney Wish will also sail out of Spain and Italy during the summer season.
Departing from Vancouver, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will return to Alaska next year, with a programme of seven-night itineraries.
Disney Magic will also operate a six-night and an eight-night sailing along Alaska's coastline.
Disney Dream will return to Port Canaveral for summer 2027, offering three- and four-night sailings to The Bahamas, featuring stops at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Disney Cruise Line said: "These sailings are perfect for guests looking for short holidays filled with sunshine, turquoise waters and unparalleled service."
Both Disney Fantasy and Disney Treasure will also homeport in Port Canaveral. Fantasy will operate four- to five- night itineraries to The Bahamas and select Caribbean ports, while Treasure will continue to offer seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Port Canaveral.
Meanwhile, Disney Destiny will offer three-, four- and five-night sailings to The Bahamas and Caribbean as well as four seven-night sailings to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Some voyages will include visits to both Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Disney Adventure will continue to sail from Singapore with three- and four-night "all-at-sea" itineraries from January to September 2027.
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members can book the sailings on 16 February before they become available to the general public on 23 February.
