Starting 26 February, Radford will be responsible for growing Celestyal’s trade relationships and will report into UK country manager Jo Reid.
The team is overseen by Janet Parton, vice-president of business development, UK, Europe and Australia, who previously worked with Radford at Globus.
Radford spent six years at Globus after a four-year stint at Red Sea Holidays.
Parton said: “Radford has a wealth of experience and her long-established relationships with trade partners will enable us to better serve agents and grow business through the UK trade.
“We know how important the trade is to our success and we have committed to investing in the UK. We are excited to bring in even more talent as we proceed throughout 2024.”
Radford added: “I’m looking forward to working with Janet and the team to bring Celestyal’s incredible sailings to life for our agent partners.”
Her hire brings Celestyal’s dedicated UK trade team to four. The team works alongside the recently introduced UK marketing team, which creates assets and tools for agents.
Last month, Celestyal recruited former Virgin Voyages’ international marketing activation and event executive Sebastien Pelisse as trade marketing executive.
