Celestyal Travel has opened its first-ever UK experiential store which combines consumer-facing retail with dedicated trade training and product immersion facilities.

The high street store in Guildford, Surrey, also houses Celestyal Travel's call centre as well as five new agents who all report into Janet Parton, managing director of Celestyal Travel UK.
The agents are responsible for managing bookings, travel and brand education for both trade and retail customers.
Celestyal said a "key feature" at the store is the agent training excellence centre, designed to host workshops, product training and networking sessions for UK-based trade partners.
