Croucher, who previously served as Senior Cruise Business Development Manager, will now take full responsibility for the homeworking agency’s cruise commercial operation and relationships with cruise line partners.

He joined Not Just Travel in January 2019 as a Personal Training Coach and has nearly 18 years' experience in the travel industry, beginning his travel career as a retail manager with Tui during the Lunn Poly and Thomson years.

Prior to joining the company, he was Regional Sales Manager at JTA and previously held cruise sales roles with P&O Cruises, Cunard and Regent Seven Seas.

Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel, said Croucher had "been at the heart" of the division’s commercial success.

"Duncan has built something genuinely impressive in our cruise division, which has been so successful that we expanded many of the benefits to our entire network," Witt said. "He knows this sector and our trade partners inside-out, he knows our consultants, and he is the best person to take it forward."

Croucher added that cruise continues to perform strongly, with agents becoming increasingly confident in selling higher-end products.

"The training programme we have built has made a real difference," he explained. "There is more to do and we look forward to driving the next phase of cruise sales growth."
