UpperDeck250 will celebrate agents' exceptional sales performances and reinforce Royal Caribbean's "long-term investment in building deeper relationships with its most engaged trade partners". It will launch at the end of July.

Royal said the new tier has been designed to offer elevated levels of recognition. Rewards including exclusive access to events and premium prizes will be handed to top-performing agents who consistently champion the Royal Caribbean brand.
