The 126-passenger Trafalgar Harmonie will start operating a new eight-day Best of the Seine with Paris and Normandy itinerary "designed for travel agents" in April 2027.
Harmonie is the third addition to Trafalgar's fleet, alongside Trafalgar Verity and Trafalgar Reverie, which are scheduled to launch on the Rhine and Danube rivers respectively this April.
Trafalgar, which is part of TTC Tour Brands and is better known for its touring operation, put its debut river programme on sale through the trade last May, followed by its 2027 programme in November.
Highlights of the brand's first Seine itinerary include family-guided visits to local cider farms, as well as trips to Monet's gardens in Giverny and Normandy's Second World War beaches.
"Designed for travel agents, it combines immersive cultural experiences with seamless land and river combinations that support longer, higher-value bookings," said Trafalgar of the itinerary.
Agents will be able to offer their clients free cabin upgrades on select 2027 sailings during Trafalgar's Big Travel Sale, with Global Tour Rewards savings also available to "help convert interest into bookings".
Damien O'Connor, Trafalgar's vice-president of river cruise, said expanding onto "one of Europe's most iconic waterways" was a "natural next step" for the brand, which announced its expansion into the river sector last spring.
"France remains a perennial favourite among our travellers, and this new Seine itinerary offers a fresh way to experience the destination," O'Connor added.
Trafalgar Harmonie will offer seven categories of cabin, including a river view "from every stateroom", as well as a lounge and sundeck, while Trafalgar is promising a 3:1 guest-to-staff ratio onboard.
