• Business model: Self-employed, commission-only. We provide the technology platform & BRIA Softphone. Vertical Travel Group is comprised of 3 main divisions : Retail, Tour Operation & Technology. Vertical Systems are our in-house technology provider. verticalsystems.co.uk. You will receive our Award-winning travel technology system V-Suite which includes front, middle and back office functions. You own and manage your clients via the platform CRM system. We take care of your admin / supplier payments / client invoicing etc allowing you to focus on your clients / sales.

• Costs: No joining fees. Monthly system fee £20+vat. We split card fees 60:40 or 70: 30 depending which Tier agent is on.

• Commission structure: Starting commission (Tier 1) = 60% of the profit on all sales up to £85k annual. Tier 2 = 70% of the profit on all sales. Tiers run annually from May-Apr. Pro-rata is used to calculate applicable Tier. Commission paid 6 weeks before travel date. No restriction on earning amount. Upon termination, all commission is paid in full as per final reconciliation following final pax travelled.

• Licenses and memberships: ABTA & ATOL. We are a member of Co-op Travel Services Limited and will soon be joining Advantage Travel Centres. We have approximately 300 suppliers plus our own in-house tour operation. We own Bedbank.com & Tranfers4Travel.com. Also, we have our own Dynamic Packaging tool Instant4Agents.com. You have the best of both worlds - access to all main suppliers, plus our in-house tour operation where you can dynamically package holidays, create bespoke itineraries and promote unique offers to compete online.

• Training and support: Remote 1:1 Induction and system training using ScreenConnect (Screenshare). Typically, 3 x 30 min sessions then bespoke ongoing during 3 month “Onboarding” period. Our Sales Team provide training in conjunction with Suppliers and offer sales coaching. Our Marketing Team create your social media pages, manage your database, create and send out offers on your behalf, provide Google analytics and general marketing guidance. We add you into Facebook & WhatsApp support and marketing/offers groups so you have 24/7 support and are never alone
