Explora Journey’s Global President Anna Nash will take to the stage for an inspiring and informative session delving into her experiences in luxury travel, her pivotal role at the luxury cruise line, and how travel advisors can elevate the level of service and inspiration they too can offer.
Nash has a long career in luxury hospitality with brands including Orient-Express, Rosewood and Aman before joining Explora Journeys almost two years ago, and is now steering the company into the launch of its next ship, Explora III, and beyond.
Black Book will take place over two days on 21 and 22 October at the Business Design Centre in London, where more than 100 leading travel brands and destinations will meet luxury travel advisors in private exhibition booths for pre-arranged one-to-one meetings.
During the show there will be three stages, with simultaneous streams of content running on both mornings for an hour. The sessions are designed to inspire and inform travel advisors and will range from customer service to booking trends, as well as business-focused chunks to hone in on elements of sales and marketing.
Several agents will be taking to the stage themselves to offer peer-to-peer insight on elements of how they run their business. These include Janey Berry, founder of Berry Travel, who transformed her business to focus on her passion for safaris. Berry was also the winner of the 2026 Luxury Travel Designer of the Year at the TTG Luxury Travel Awards.
Conference attendees will also be able to gain consumer insight and market intelligence from sessions on the Trends & Inspiration stage, in association with Explora Journeys, a Premier Partner at Black Book.
Here, Eleanor Scott, Partner, Strategy& will reveal the results of some exclusive research carried out by PWC for Black Book, drawing on a cohort of affluent households to determine what drives their spending power and decisions, and their desire to travel.
Attendees will also be able to understand what makes an agency stand out in a competitive landscape and hear best practice from other luxury travel businesses during another exclusive session focused on the Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies Insight Report 2026, where shortlisted agents in the awards programme will also take to the stage to share their stories.
More than 150 vetted premium and luxury travel advisors will attend the new two-day show, which includes a night hosted at a London hotel.
