Winged Boots was first recognised as champion in the Top Luxury Leisure Agency (office) category before going on to claim the ultimate title of the UK & Ireland’s No.1 Luxury Agency 2025.
Judges said the brand had had a “transformative” year in which it overhauled its marketing, extended its client event programme and strengthened its outstanding workplace culture, all while achieving record-breaking sales.
Wednesday's ceremony (12 November), held at Royal Lancaster London and supported by headline partner Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, welcomed more than 200 agent and supplier guests.
The Top 20 list comprises two agencies from each of the ten categories, which span different business models and areas of specialism, and sets a new standard in luxury travel, with entrants having faced a tough judging process to really demonstrate their credentials.

TTG Media’s head of luxury, April Hutchinson, said: “The calibre and diversity of the 20 agent businesses that have earned a place in our inaugural Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies is absolutely astounding.
“From boutique travel stores and cruise specialists to concierge companies, our winners differ in the products they sell and the models through which they sell it, but they all share a creativity and dedication that sees them exceed their luxury customers’ expectations at every step of their journey.”
Hutchinson added: “Our all-new list, which shines a line on the most innovative and successful agencies in the UK and Ireland’s luxury space, not only gives those hard-working teams the recognition they deserve, but also gives winners a meaningful benchmark by which they can communicate their brilliance to new and existing customers.”
Guests at the glamorous ceremony enjoyed a vegetarian-first menu thanks to Lujo Hotel Bodrum, which helped reduce the carbon footprint of the event, as well as entertainment from Princes of Motown and a DJ set by KingCrowney.
Five agents were also surprised with a place on a high-end APT Luxury River Cruises and Tours spring fam trip to Amsterdam, taking place next year.
Meanwhile, a raffle helped raise more than £4,000 for TTG Media's 2025 charity partner, the MS Society. Prizes included a four-night stay for two in Crete from Grecotel; an overnight stay for two at the Royal Lancaster London; and two tickets to this year’s MS Society Carols by Candlelight concert alongside celebrity guests at Central Hall Westminster on 4 December.
