The first list of 20 was revealed on Wednesday night (12 November) at a glittering ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London following a rigorous judging process.
Essex agency Winged Boost took the top honours after being named Top Luxury Leisure Agency (Office) and later the UK & Ireland’s No.1 Luxury Agency 2025.
"This Top 20 award is a recognition of all the hard work,” owner David Ox told TTG shortly after collecting his two trophies. “It’s brilliant."
Swords Travel was another big winner on the night, taking away Top Luxury Home-Based Agency and Top Luxury High Street Agency. “It will get you more business than any Google review!" said co-owner Mark Swords.
"Honestly, I don’t think clients understand what awards are until you actually present it. A lot of it comes down to talking about them, speaking to clients about why you’ve won the award and what it means.”
Travel Chaps co-owner Mark Phillips echoed Swords after the agency was named Top Luxury Honeymoons and Weddings Agency, telling TTG it was important to showcase success to clients. "I will be gently gesturing towards this award [when talking to clients]," he said. "My only regret is not entering awards sooner. We’re kicking ourselves."
Mark's partner and fellow co-owner Ashley added: “We’re already really known for the weddings and honeymoons we do, but this accolade will cement our position as an authority in this space."
Meanwhile, Sandra Corkin, founder of Oasis Travel and the Oasis Portfolio of Luxury Travel, said it was "absolutely amazing" to be recognised as Top Luxury High Street Agency (Group).
"We started our journey in luxury travel 20 years ago and now it represents 20% of our total business so we’re so excited it’s been recognised,” she said.
Mundy Cruising was named Top Luxury Cruise Agency. Director of sales and marketing Alex Loizou described it as a “huge honour”.
“We’ll be shouting from the rooftops – why wouldn’t we?” he said. "I think that recognition of all of the companies in travel there’s a few that stand out and it’s a lovely privilege to bestow upon us. We’ll mention it once or twice!”
TravelTime World, meanwhile, was named Top Luxury Responsible Travel Agency. Director Ashley Quint said it was “amazing and surreal” to take home the award.
“This is really cementing the recognition of what we've already done," he said. "We worked quite hard for the past three years to rethink how we work as a business. It puts the icing on what we’ve already done.”
