The search is on for the best place to work in the sector, with entries closing on 31 October for Luxury Travel Workplace of the Year.
This particular category is free to enter, and is open to any UK or Ireland-based luxury travel or tourism business, including suppliers or retailers, and those that sell direct to consumers, as well as through the trade.
The award aims to spotlight companies leading the way for industry employers and encourages businesses to showcase their commitment to staff contentment, new ideas on recruitment and retention and how they are championing an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Luxury cruise specialist Panache Cruises scooped this award in 2025, with judges praising the company for its “accountable goals for becoming a more sustainable business and stellar work in contributing to a more diverse industry”.
Previous winners include Audley Travel in 2024 – with the company commended for “putting people first during a busy year of growth and supporting staff with their mental, physical and financial wellbeing”.

“Now into their eighth year, the TTG Luxury Travel Awards seek to shine a light on so many aspects of our brilliant sector – and that includes recognising companies who go the extra mile to support their own teams and the communities they operate in,” said April Hutchinson, editor and publisher of TTG Luxury. “We can't wait to see all the strong stories out there from companies who really care about being a revered business, by their staff, clients and the wider industry.”
Entry submissions must refer to achievements and figures relevant to the judging period, 1 August 2024 and 31 July 2025.
