A&K Sanctuary will launch a new 64-passenger luxury riverboat on Nile next year.
The Nile Seray will sail between Aswan and Luxor over four-night voyages. It will be the brand’s fifth vessel in Egypt.
Each of its 32 suites include a small saloon next to floor-to-ceiling windows, a waterside balcony and a large bathroom. Two of the suites have full private balconies with outdoor spa pools that overlook the river.
There will also be two restaurants, one of which will be outdoors, as well as a top deck with canopied daybeds, a swimming pool and a bar. For wellness, guests can visit the "well-equipped" gym, or head to the spa, which has two treatment rooms.
“Nile Seray represents the evolution of our nearly five decades of pioneering river cruising in Egypt,” said Cristina Levis, chief executive officer of parent company Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group.
“This vessel embodies our understanding that luxury today is defined not by excess, but by space, authenticity, and the quality of experience. It reflects how we see travel: deeply personal, beautifully crafted, and rooted in genuine connection to place.”
Every Nile Seray booking includes excursions to famous Egyptian archaeological sites, including following tombs on the West Bank of the Nile: Nefertari, Seti I, Ramses VI, and King Tutankhamun.
The itinerary will also offer guided visits to the temples of Luxor, Karnak and Aswan, as well as a traditional wooden sailing boat around the historic Elephantine Island. Other highlights include Egyptian cooking classes, Dervish shows, and hot air balloon rides.
Each voyage covers all meals, excursions and onboard amenities and every booking supports A&K Philanthropy’s community initiatives, including Aswan Heart Centre and the Funtasia After School Programme in Luxor.
