ITC Luxury Travel is to take its entire staff on holiday to celebrate the end of a record financial year.
Chief executive Jennifer Atkinson has invited all 108 staff for a weekend at Ritz-Carlton’s Abama resort in Tenerife in recognition for their hard work in the past 12 months.
Atkinson led a management buy-out of the 41-year-old company last year alongside former chief executive of Capita, Paul Pindar, who is now chairman of ITC.

End of year figures showed the operator had achieved “in excess” of £1.7 million profit for the financial year 2014/2015, now hailed as the best in the company’s 41-year history. A new office in Preston was also announced.

A new graduate training programme is also to be launched this summer to encourage new entrants to travel.
Earlier this year, ITC picked up a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For, the fourth consecutive time it has done so.
