Marking the return of TTG Luxury’s incredible educational trips, this magnificent experience will also be the first-ever TTG Luxury Journey to take place on a cruise, immersing agents in the very best Silversea has to offer, at sea and on land.
With just six exclusive places available on the trip for luxury travel advisors, this will be a truly pampering, inspiring and educational experience. Agents will be whisked away on a Mediterranean sailing this spring, getting to know why cruising is an attractive option for both land-based luxury lovers and those who are already fans of life at sea.
“The earning opportunities when selling our beautiful voyages are incredible and we know agents value the chance to understand the Silversea difference and experience the brilliant value for themselves. We are so excited for this trip,” said Connie Georgiou, Silversea’s sales director for UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa.
This exclusive trip will sail on one of Silversea’s two newest ships – Silver Moon or Silver Dawn – relaxing in beautiful comfort onboard while also enjoying the sparkling resorts and cities of the Mediterranean. Silver Moon and Silver Dawn are Silversea’s ninth and 10th ultra-luxury ships, both having recently made their debut during the pandemic.
Carrying just 596 guests, Silver Moon launched in 2021 and is the cruise line’s second Muse-class ship, an evolution of sister ship Silver Muse. Silver Dawn swiftly followed suit in 2022, and both ships benefit from re-imagined public spaces, butler service in all suite categories, a nearly 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio, and Silversea’s hallmark small-ship intimacy.
Culinary immersion
Both ships showcase one of Silversea’s latest innovations, the revolutionary new culinary programme, Sea and Land Taste, or S.A.L.T. The concept comes to life in three new onboard venues which form a hub of discovery for guests, allowing them to delve deeper into each region’s cuisine and culture via food and drink.
Firstly, the S.A.L.T. Lab is an exemplary high-end cooking school, where guests’ culinary aspirations can be realised, based on the flavours, ingredients and traditions of destinations each cruise sails to, and under the tutorage of expert local chefs and industry authorities.
Also part of the concept is S.A.L.T. Kitchen, a light and airy contemporary-style restaurant where the menus also change in tandem with the locality. Completing the trio of onboard experiences is S.A.L.T. Bar, where guests are invited to imbibe regionally inspired drinks and enjoy mixology demonstrations in a stylish and intimate setting.
Finally, special S.A.L.T. shore excursions enable travellers to experience the food and drink cultures of each destination first-hand, via exclusive encounters with locals who are truly passionate about food and drink.
Agents will get to experience all these elements during the TTG Luxury Journey, as well as getting to understand more about all the elements that differentiate Silversea in the ultra-luxury cruise sector, and its dedication to providing the finest life at sea for guests.
Also available onboard the ships are further incredible dining experiences across a total of eight restaurants — each enjoying a distinct concept, from Silversea’s signature Hot Rocks concept at The Grill, to authentic Japanese fare served in Kaiseki.
It’s all included
Agents will also get to appreciate not only the exclusive nature of travelling with Silversea, but also its inclusive philosophy. From butler service in every level of accommodation, to 24-hour gourmet dining and premium alcoholic beverages – it’s all included for guests, who can also enjoy a complimentary shore excursion per port too.
You can rest assured that the one fare your client sees includes all of that, as well as international round-trip flights, in-country flights (when required by the itinerary), pre- and post-cruise hotel nights (according to flights), as well as access to reduced rates on business class upgrades in selected destinations.
Clients can also now enter the Silversea world as soon as they leave home, thanks to the line’s new chauffeur service, taking them from home to their UK airport and back again. This luxury “door-to door” service is available (within a 50-mile radius of departure airports) on all new bookings on all voyages, whisking clients to catch their flight to join their pampering and immersive Silversea cruise.
