Staff in the UK offices of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd have come together to celebrate National Coming Out Day. Senior leaders at the company - both allies and LGBT people - explain why they wanted to support the day.
The film, which was created and produced by RCLâs UK Anchored in Pride Employee Resource Group, a network for LGBT+ employees and allies, featured members of the team sharing their experience of coming out to friends, family and at work, alongside pledges of support from the senior leadership team.
The line said the move was part of a wider initiative to support diversity and inclusion within RCL to ensure all employees feel able to bring their âwhole self to workâ.
