The private equity owner of A-Rosa has reportedly entered talks to acquire Great Rail Journeys.
Duke Street has started a period of “exclusive negotiations” with the rail specialist tour operator over a deal believed to be worth around £100 million, Sky News reports.
German river cruise operator A-Rosa was acquired by Duke Street for an undisclosed sum in January.
Duke Street declined to comment on claims made by Sky News.
