The role of Healey, who has been with the luxury operator for almost five years, will be geographically split in two to give both managers “a stronger focus with agents in their respective regions”.
Healey leaves A&K to take up a new role in the river cruise sector.
Kerry Golds, UK managing director, said: “Rachel has worked hard over the last five years to spearhead A&K’s growth within the trade community producing sensational results.
“Her vibrancy and friendliness within the agent community is legendary – we will all miss Rachel and wish her well on her next challenge.”
A&K has recently announced a new agent area of its website with assets for agents to use including a destination video, images for social media and digital versions of the print marketing materials.
Each year A&K also rewards its top owners with a trip to a key destination as a thank you for their commitment to the business.
