Attendees can benefit from practical insights to achieve wellness in the workplace, opportunities to learn about supporting staff and advice on tackling the mental health taboo.
Staff in the travel industry face unique challenges, Abta said, such as dispersed workforces, shift work, unusual hours, frequent travel and the possibility of being caught up in crises abroad.
Speakers include Joanne Muccio, trauma care consultant at Centre for Crisis Psychology; Trudie Clements, director of Abta LifeLine; and Emily Wilson, graduate on management programme and mental health champion at Hays Travel.
The event will take place at Hill Dickinson in London on 15 November.
