Aer Lingus is set to return to Liverpool John Lennon for the first time since 2016 with a new Dublin service.
The incident involved a 72-passenger ATR aircraft operated by Emerald Airlines on behalf of Aer Lingus
Operated by the carrier’s regional franchise Emerald Airlines, flights to the Irish capital will commence on 27 April and depart 11 times per week, including a double daily service on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The new service, using a 72-seat ATR72-600, will offer passengers from Liverpool onward connections via Dublin to the US, as well as the pre-clearance immigration facility allowing travellers to be treated as domestic arrivals when they arrive in America.
